As for the inland capital cities or important cities, regional franchisee should possess at least one °Shengya” shop with an area of more than 150 square meters and corresponding amount of chain stores or distributors.
Certain amount of initial order

To ensure the market order, the interest of the distributors and the standardized management of the Shengya company, to ensure a lasting cooperation between the manufacturer and the distributors, the distributors must pay certain amount of caution money within a week after sign the contract and thus enjoy certain amount of credit for delivery of goods. The caution money will be returned to distributors after the termination of the contract.

3. The procedure for joining in Shengya
The salesperson of Shengya will carry on on-the-spot investigation to the situation of every customer at first.
Under the guide of the sales staff of Shengya, customers must fill in the form of Distributor application (attached), and mail or fax the copies of applicant's valid certificate such as license, tax register card, legal representative's ID to Shengya company.
Marketing Dept. of Shengya performs the first check to the received information, if it is eligible, hand it to general manager for final censor.
After the approval by general manager, the Marketing Dept. of Shengya will give an official reply to the Distributor application and send it to the applicants.
After the applicant receives the feedback, the next step is to sign Distribution contract with Shengya company
The applicants will become a formal distributor of Shengya Company after meet all the items prescribed in the Distribution Contract.
